The Latest Tech And Feature Packed iPhone X
Following months of internet speculation Apple lately revealed its next-generation smartphone at the Steve Jobs Theatre in Cupertino.
The iPhone X – also called iPhone 10 – is the costly flagship handset Apple has evolved to signify the tenth anniversary of the original iPhone, and it strikingly resembles the Samsung Galaxy S8.
Design And Key Features
Apple has intentionally saved its high-end features for the iPhone X which possesses the biggest screen at 5.8in, extending from edge to edge, resembling the display on the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus with a reference to a “notch” which contains a sophisticated camera setup.
The iPhone X has removed the home button, inserting Siri functionalities to a side button. It has implemented the iPhone 7 Plus’ Potrait Mode to the advanced 7 megapixel along with a front-facing camera. Its other features include an attached Face ID and latest biometric verification system, substituting the fingerprint reader. These striking specs make the phone stand apart from its predecessors and rivals.
For its design, the iPhone X is built mainly from glass buttressed with steel with a Qi wireless charging panel constructed in the back, being a necessary addition. Despite picking up fingerprints extremely easily, this glass panelling constitutes a huge difference on its cost.
To back the Face ID software, a TrueDepth camera system has been attached to the upper display with the dual-camera configuration on the back of the gadget that is placed vertically.
The TrueDepth system is highly sophisticated and doesn’t obstruct the edge-to-edge display. It has a back camera setup and the absence of the home button does not cause any jarring.
Opening apps and entering the home screen by swishing up is quite easy, and a tiny white bar at the screen bottom is a pleasant visual touch that advises you to swipe whenever necessary.
